Blood Clots in Urine

A 74 year old Indian male, known case of Ischemic heart disease (Anterior wall MI) (7 months ago) & underwent PCI stenting, currently on Tablet Aspirin 150 mg OD HS, Tablet Ticagrelor 90 mg BD, Tablet Artorvastatin 40 mg OD HS, Tablet Spironolactone 25 mg OD, Tablet Torsemide 5 mg OD, Tablet Metoprolol OD.

He has presented with complaints of blood clots in urine since 2 days. 2-3 clots of blood come in urine while starting micturition, after clots clear urine comes. No history of fever, trauma, pain abdomen, burning micturition, urgency, hesitancy, poor stream, post voiding dribbling.

No significant family history.
