Report case
19 YO F patient presented asking for bandaids for a blister when my unit was stationed on standby at an event. Showed me this on the bottom of her foot/L big toe. She states it's been going on for "a while" and thought it was callouses. Says flap/peeling have happened before but aren't constant. Seems unconcerned as it mostly doesn't hurt, but wanted to cover it up as she'd be walking a lot. Had no other complaints, individual otherwise healthy except for what she states are anxiety related episodes of vomiting. Meds include Lexapro. NKDA. We have to ask all of this to fill out an RMA form, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered, but she got in the truck and protocol is protocol. Does this look like anything interesting to anyone? I've never seen calluses that look like that before.

59y/o F Presents with difficult skin condition. States she used a clay mask and subsequently had these dark stains on her skin. She is a "picker" and states she gets a "tarlike" substance out of her skin. Upon examination, there are no sebaceous filaments or clogged pores, unsure what she might be getting out of the skin. This appears to be more like a stain. She underwent two erbium yag laser resurfacing treatments and one medium-depth chemical peel without much improvement. Has anyone seen anything like this before and could offer some cosmetic improvement? No associated symptoms, and otherwise healthy.
pt stated that she shaves her arms but not near this area of inside crease of elbow. Looks like shaving bumps but what does she do to make them go away? She is insecure about them.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/26a30fce-fb22-44c2-a1ae-6dae1d9e2fd2)
