This 40+ year old female patient presents with a complaint of decreased vision and sharp pain in both eyes. Her visual acuity is 20/30 best corrected in both eyes. Other than the finding above the remainder of her exam was unremarkable and non contributing to the complaints that she came in with. The above photo is of her left eye but is representative of the external eye exam on both eyes. This complaint has been ongoing for the past few months. She’s taking artificial tears as needed. Her past medical history is significant for hypertension which she takes losartan for. How would you manage this patient?
