Case Description

Radionecrosis complicated with P. aeruginosa superinfection. The first two photographs are from 6 months ago. The second set of images is from 3 days ago when the ear was amputated.

Patient diagnosed 6 years ago with malignant melanoma of the right eye. Underwent orbital enucleation and parotidomasseteric resection. After the second cycle of radiotherapy, 2 years ago, initial symptoms of radionecrosis appeared. Nine months ago, superinfection by P. aeruginosa was diagnosed.
