48 years old lady known to have diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Depression, and Obesity. C/o fatigue and low appetite. Examination was unremarkable. Her CBC always showed high WBCs. ESR 25. CRP 8. I have attached CBC and Peripheral blood smear. What is the next step?
