5 days after mupirocin was started no improvement. Patient saw dermatologist again, but I am not sure what happened at the appointment, awaiting call back from office. Looks like the patient has some infection going on.

78-year-old female patient in a skilled nursing facility S/P CVA. Patient is contracted and aphasic. Staff called due to patient having decreased level of consciousness and bradycardia. Patient's initial BP was 92/50 with the rhythm shown above. Metoprolol was on the MAR and IV access was already in place. 1mg glucagon administered IV. The 2nd ECG is after administration of glucagon. Patient's BP and responsiveness improved. NS administered and patient transported to closest ED.

Patient is a 6-month-old female. Patient presented with multiple inflamed bumps all over the body. Patient has no fever, and patient's mom states the bumps have been present for over 3 weeks. What could these bumps be?

Uninsured middle-aged male, new patient. Patient not taking any medications.

A patient was admitted with a history of SLE and now with deranged renal function tests (RFTs). Lupus nephritis. He is agitated and aggressive. What sedative can be used safely in this patient and any patient with chronic kidney disease (CKD)?
