38 years old male labourer by occupation with history of 30 years old unhealed relatively progressive lesion of sole of right foot, same type of lesion as shown evaded his toes but healed as seen. What could be the D/D? No relevant history of systemic diseases like HTN, DM etc.

What could be the diagnosis for this case? A 52 year old male farmer by occupation presented with a non healing ulcer over left foot below lateral malleolus. It was small but progressed to present size. No history of trauma. No history of diabetes is present.
