Patient presented with chronic SOB, afebrile, increasing "tightness" in chest. Work up (first time, no previous care) revealed bilateral #Pleural-effusion, R>L. #VATS-(video-assisted-thoracoscopic-surgery) with #Pleura biopsy and fluid collection for path analysis (waiting for final) sent.
