## Case Overview

### Description
**40 year old male presented with dull aching low grade abdominal pain at RUQ for 2 months.**  
No h/o loss of appetite, fever, nausea.  
On OGD scopy, narrowing of duodenum was noted.  
On CECT, shriveled gallbladder with air inside it was noted along with multiloculated large walled off collection pushing the transverse colon inferiorly.  
**Diagnosis and management?**
