Case Description

63 year old man with obliterating atherosclerosis of the left leg. After twice thrombectomy of the left artery iliaka and progressive ischemia of the legs proceed with the amputation of the leg. 3:00 After the operation and deterioration of the patient revealed the presence of gas gangrene. subsequent disarticulation.
