35 year old man , who had chronic pancreatitis from past year. Now developed necrotizing Pancreatitis. What should be the next step in management?

Two sequential CT images of the pancreas (top and bottom) show a split of the pancreatic duct (going distal to proximal). The two pancreatic ducts (arrows on bottom image) surround the enhancing portal vein consistent with portal annular pancreas. Portal annular pancreas is typically an asymptomatic anomaly where the pancreas encircles the portal vein. Portal annular pancreas differs from annular pancreas where the pancreas encircles the duodenum. #TummyTuesday
