Remember back in residency when you were up to your eyes in foot and ankle trauma and loving it, then your attending brings you down to earth by saying “don’t get used to it, this kind of trauma isn’t going to just show up in your office once you’re in practice” I totally agree and it is a valid point of private practice... and then this shows up in my office with ZERO warning... #PilonFracture #PodiatricSurgery
