Smallest #pupils I have ever seen in pt given #Opioids in the #icu. Hard to see in this image, but measured <1mm.

Bath Salts pt removed this with his fingers. Was attempting to remove the other eye as well.

Head vs Wall. Patient didn't survive. He was on a truck, without a seatbelt.

The patient was admited in #Glasgow-Coma-Scale 15, moving four limbs and #Pupil(s) isocorics. Frontal injury opened with a lot of fragments of glass.

20 y.o no bowel movements for unknown amount of time...... Post scan... Pt flat lined for 20mins and was brought to OR to see a Visceral perforation!
