What do you think I could do after stenosis post-operative colecistectomy? I thought the best would be percutaneous draining and dilatation.

52 yo Male. Vomiting and Weight loss after a RYLGBypass in 2003. GERD and neo Barrett due to an stenosis of the gastroyeyunal anastomosis in Endoscopy. He was previously banded and resized that anastomosis. Not possible more endoscopic dilation. We decide to performed a laparoscopic exploration and finally perform a resection of the previous anastomosis and a re-gasteoyeyunostomy as shown. He now is doing right and cross fingers for not regaining weight. 🙈
Educational - This table published by the FDA considers operating patients with dysmetropias up to -14D. As far as I know, including from personal experience, no surgeon will go past -8D while operating on myopic patients using LASIK techniques. What do you have to comment on this?

This female pt had an aneurismatic dilation of GSV proximal to SFJ (22 mm) , I perform EVLT (1470 nm) 36 months ago. Last pictures show 100% GSV ablation 0% reflux. No recurrent varicose #Veins at this time and no venous symptoms. #Ultrasound-therapy #Laser ablation.
