Orthopedic Surgery

Neglected bimaleolar fract. Varus deformity e huge dificulty to stay stand up. Correction just done. A chevron osteotomy of tibia w/ lateral wedge ressection to rotate distal fragment. Opted for this osteot to keep correction at CORE of deformity, avoiding secondary deformity if i just did a open wedge medially. I was very satisfied about climical correction.

Called a 58yo M after a slipping on wet ground. Pt had slight deformity to leg but no open skin. Pt had only methoxyflurane for pain. Even with an 1 an a half hr ambulance ride to hospital. This i is Right lower leg.

38 y/o male who states he fractured his ankle by bearing weight while getting out of bed. If truthful, in the absence of trauma I'd like to not totally exclude pathological fracture. How would you approach this surgical correction? He needs a deltoid / syndesmosis recon but that posterior mal fracture spells trouble.
