Case Review

78y M with one week old skin lesions on both legs.

Started small and in the last 3 days no changes. No fever, no pain and lack of other symptoms. No recent medication changes. Medicates with Enalapril, Hydrochlorothiazide, Atorvastatin. No recent cold.

Possible Diagnoses:
Infection? Erythema Multiforme? Vasculitis? Any help appreciated.
