Congenital diaphragmatic hernia
Chest radiograph in a neonate shows a large left congenital diaphragmatic hernia displacing the heart and mediastinum towards the right. Congenital diaphragmatic hernias are more common on the left. Prognosis depends on lung development and potential associated syndromes or conditions.
