macular rash, chronic in nature worse after physical activity. Nil associated symptoms. Distributed on bilateral upper back (photo is posterior to latissimus dorsi). History of Azathioprine use for Crohn's disease currently not on any #Immunomodulating-drugs no resolution with #Hexachlorophene wash. Could this be a chronic viral rash? Management suggestions?
