The images aren't of the best quality, however, this is a 23 yof with history of parenthesis of the right arm. The patient has constant pain that goes all the way from her neck to her pinky finger, she also presents stiffness in the hand, tingling; and attributes it to a shoulder arthroscopy she had done a couple of years ago due to a rotator cuff injury, which clearly is not the reason of her pain. How would you treat this small hernia? Is it surgical?
