Infected Carbuncle with a deep seated abscess of the right lower limb anteriorly over the shin. Breaching the fascia, patient is a 44 year old female with DM. Drained about 80-100 cc of pus. Had to excise a significant bit of tissue, post debridement have put her on Vacuum dressing, will graft the wound shortly. Pus Culture grew ESBL started antibiotics accordingly. Hopefully she'll take up the graft well.
