Young male no others diseases. Patient came for a different unrelated problem. I asked about these skin changes. He has had them for ten years. Started with one spot, and slowly grew. Tried treatment for tinea versicolor a few years ago without effect. The last two years the changes have been at a standstill. Not worsening, not changing. No itch, no pain.

Describe the changes. Make a theory that explains this case. Dx, tx?
