35yo female complaining of 36 hr history of pruritic raised rash on both dorsal forearms. Denies any history of new interactions, detergents, oils, or creams. Pt stated that prior to the rash she interacted with her 2 turtles and cleaned their tank. Any ideas?

patient with rash that developed over night. Same home for 22 years, no new animals or plants. Nothing different in daily routine. Puss, blisters, and itching. Any ideas?

29/F came in for consult due to pruritic rashes. Symptoms started 4 days prior as a flat, pruritic erythematous rash on her abdomen. She claims that the rash expanded in a span of a few days along with eruption of new rashes of similar morphology on the rest of her abdomen, back, nape, arms and thighs. There was a history of an undocumented one-day fever days prior the appearance of the first rash. There were no joint pains, no intake of any medications or drugs. Relatives of close contact do not exhibit the rashes. She has no known allergies. On examination, rashes are maculopapular to patchy with occasional papulosquamous reaction. Any idea what could the diagnosis be? Was thinking of PR or Guttate Psioriasis.

Possible atopic dermatitis? Pt has a history of eczema. Any ideas? Erythematous papules on extremities.

60 yr old male with extensively sun damaged skin. Has a 2 yr hx of intensely itchy red papules over chest, abdomen and shoulders. Vigorous jogger. Rash has responded to potent steroids. Awaiting bx result. Any ideas?
