Green nail syndrome

30yo female noticed progressive greenish discoloration under toenail. Admits to using jacuzzi & swimming pool. Swab squeezed under nail grew Pseudomonas aeroginosa, sensitive to Tobramycin but "SIE" to ciproflixacin, ceftazidime & Piperacilin. Ciproxin was tried but she experienced paresthesia and pain in both lower legs so was ceased. What alternative management would you suggest?
