Right Thigh. Elderly male. Started out as hematoma s/p fall, developed into large area of Eschar. Had Escharotomy with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (VAC) placement with adapting under foam per physician order. This is from first vac dressing change. Lots of undermining from 12 to 7 (12 is top of picture) deepest part of undermining is 9cm. He is at home with home care. Hopefully patient will allow me to continue to take pictures as it heals.
