This child presented with these wet lesions of 2 months duration they are itchy and ozzing some times

47 yo female presents these lesions on skin of lower extremites and trunk. Lesions last since 6 months. There is slighty improvement after high dose of topical clobetasol and oral prednisolone. Antibiotics and antifugal treatment without reaction. Biopsy result: eczema. Have you got any ideas?


40 YO M PMH T1DM and Crohn’s disease. Medications include insulin and remicaide every 6 weeks. Rash developed over 3 days and no change since onset per patient. Rash is asymptomatic and no systemic symptoms. No recent infections, antibiotics or other new medications. No topical treatment has been attempted.

She cares for a small kennel with approximately eight dogs rescued from the streets. Physical examination revealed multiple small vesicles, some clustered and others scattered, predominantly involving the lumbar region and the left gluteal area.
