54 yr old man. Multi centred, raised lesion beside nose developed over the past 6 months, he says, and is still getting larger. Not painful, not itchy. No other such lesions on face. Query seborrheic keratosis?



32 year old fair skin female. No significant PMH r/t suspicious area. Pt presented to wound clinic for dehiscence of c-section, area noted during wound vac application. Pt reports multiple blistering sunburns during childhood and teenager years. Pt verbalized mother with a history of both BCC as well as SCC.



23 y/o pt. With possible #Urticaria possible allergic reactions to hotel bed sheets. Hives on hands, back, feet, stomach, and sides. Pt went into ER and was put on solu-medrol through IV and was prescribed prednisone, Pepcid, and 50 mg of benedryl. Hives returned and a second visit to the ER included #Epinephrine #Hydroxyzine and another solu-medrol through IV. #Prednisone, #Hydroxyzine, and famotidine was prescribed. Pt saw an allergist who told her to keep taking the rx prescribed by the ER physicians. Hives returned for a third time. What more can be done to stop the reacurring flare ups

A 52-year-old man presented with a 20-minute history of chest pain radiating to the left shoulder and neck, associated with dyspnea and diaphoresis. He had a history of hypertension, long-term smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle. On physical examination, bibasilar crackles were noted on lung auscultation. An electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed in the primary care setting, and the patient was promptly referred to the emergency department.
