30M p/w bilateral near-complete traumatic amputations when he exited car on freeway after MVC then had both legs run over by 18-wheeler. Hemodynamically stable. Both open injuries grossly contaminated, absent plantar sensation on L and dysvascular bilateral extremities. How would you manage this? Would you attempt salvage?
