This is a 38-year-old male patient who has been suffering from these granulomatous-like lesions for over 2 years now. He states he had a history of allergy to pork. The lesions start off as black patches on the skin that become itchy and when scratched, form ulcers (you can notice these patches on most of the healthier skin in all pictures). The ulcer then tends to heal by hyperplasia, thus forming the granuloma-like lesions seen above.
- 1st picture: the lower back more towards the right side.
- 2nd picture: shows both knees.
- 3rd picture: is the right arm on the flexor side.
- 4th picture: is of the most extensive lesion covering lateral and most of the posterior aspect of the left thigh and buttock.
