Case Description

47 yo female with a pruritic rash of one week. Began while she was in Texas for a business trip. Rash progresses in stages, 2nd and 3rd pictures are newer lesions, 1st picture are the older ones. Any ideas?

10 yrs old girl with a new rash. Family Hx of autoimmune dis. Apart from that no much history yet because I have not met her yet. Are these picture suggestive of Dermatitis, prurigo nodtisris or psoriasis?

Pt came in with allergic reaction to possibly shrimp. Started on prednisone, Zantac and continue with Benadryl for 2 days. Improvement after 2nd day and was rash free for approx half a day, now presents with rash in last picture. Any thoughts?

6yo male. Recently I'll with GI symptoms N/V X1 day, and headache, with no fever or diarrhea. Self limiting symptoms no intervention needed. This skin rash appeared about 48+ hours after GI symptoms dissipated. Rash is scattered about in small patches, 1st picture is elbow, 2nd picture is chin. Mildly pruritic, blanches and is slightly raised. Viral?
