A 24 years old female, single comes to the clinic with the complain of pain and burning sensation of the tongue for almost 3 years.Has taken multivitamins and also applied triamcinolone for almost 2-3 years without prescription. No significant medical or dental history.PE- mild erythema of the tongue with rough granular texture and very mild white striations. No involvement of other areas. DD & Mx??
