Case Description
33 years old female with 6 months history of post prandial pain, approximately 1 hour after eating solid but not liquid followed by complicit pain, nausea and loose motion and urge to vomit without actually vomiting. 6 kg weight loss. No fever, no edema, no ascribes, no lymph nodes. Systemic examination is normal. Normal blood count, normal liver and kidney tests. Normal ultrasound of whole abdomen. Upper GI endoscopy did not show any gross abnormalities. Shown is a contrast enhanced CT scan. What do you see here?? no
