58 year old newly diagnosed DM presented with lesions in the palms and soles of a months duration. There’s no pruritus but he complains of pain at the site of the lesions.

A middle aged man presented with skin lesions as shown in the picture - He has been having these lesions for around one month, itchy no pain, no oozing lesions from the lesion. No fever or chills. No history of similar lesions in other family members no history of bedbugs at home. Patient works in a pizza company, says his hands are mostly in water around > 50% of the day. He has been self medicating with application of betamethasone with some relief but the lesions come back after stopping it.
