Mujer 37 años sin antecedentes importantes acude por presentar maculas eritematosas con huellas de rascado pruriginosas en zonas como cuello y antebrazo, refiere que en piernas también, se automedicó con ketoconazol tópico sin mejoría desde hace 4 semanas.

A 37-year-old woman with no previous history of erythematous macules with pruritic scratch marks in areas such as the neck and forearm, reports that in the legs she was also self-medicated with topical ketoconazole for 4 weeks.
