Pt with recent + Quantiferon gold test (cxr pending, repeat | Figure 1
Pt with recent + Quantiferon gold test (cxr pending, repeat lab pending) presents with 1 week of non healing skin lesions. Pt reports that they were initially itchy but then became ulcerated. Papulonecrotic tuberculids is in the ddx. Considering folliculitis, unrelated to TB test. Thoughts?
