Case Description
A 73yr old lady teacher with no known co-morbidities presents to opd with these presentations since last 20 days. These lesions are spread all over the body associated with mild itching; they start by forming a blister, then burst in itching and convert to these dark ones.
Diagnosis
Pemphigus Vulgaris
Related Cases
Adult male, presenting with rash for several weeks, complaint of itch, pain and bleeding. Treated with topical steroid and antifungals with no effect.
Patient presented with chronic itch.
Healthy 28 year old male who presents with this skin lesion, not itching, since 2 months. Possible trauma.
20-year-old female presented with itching skin rash. No special habits, no fever or other signs.
