36 year old female with Sick Sinus Syndrome and Bradycardia with single lead Pacemaker placed 7 months ago. All of her symptoms of syncope and dizziness resolved after PM placement and reported great improvements overall. Has been complaining of palpitations or feelings of "heart beating out of chest" for the past few months which she never reported prior to PM placement. Now reports SOB and dizziness. Thoughts? Possible pacemaker syndrome?
