60 yo healthy woman. 3 days ago started with #Fever. At the same time right foot started to swell and hurt. From ancle down. Also she got some strange bubble like lesions along the ancle and red lesions along the achilles tendon (see picture nr3). No arthritis in the joint. Prior problems with dry heel cracks which now is the suspected bacterial breach. Blood pressure normal. Pulse normal. Light fever. CRP >200 and SR 85 showing high infection lab. Under treatment with fenoxymethylPC 1gx3 for 10 days starting today. Does this look like classic #Erysipelas with #Streptococcal-infection to you?
