Shortness of breath

I wish I had more than one slice of the CT to show, but this is an old case.

A man, maybe 50-60 years old with a history of lung cancer presented with shortness of breath, tachycardia, and hypoxia. A chest X-ray didn’t reveal the etiology of his symptoms. He went for CT PE, which showed the findings above. The patient was admitted for palliative treatment.
