## Case Description

Working in a jail I see all kinds of wounds. This gentleman was brought to our facility and I refused acceptance until he received medical clearance. I didn't even open the dressing; the amount of drainage and odor was enough. Returned with a clean dressing and order for abx. This picture is 24 hrs later when we did the first dressing change. The hospital just covered the old drsg. and sent back.
