22 years old male post RTA roll over came to Our hospital in ER after 18 hours after the accident patient was in that time conscious and oriented we refer him to plastic surgery they Amputated for 3 fingers in x-ray no bone in his affected fingers all of them crushed also if any there is any way to fix them it will get a lot of infection because it's not clean wound and take long time without cover and clean any plastic surgery doctor can give us any good management for this patient
