Case of a 27yo Arab-African patient presented with chronic lumps on his testicles. He initially consulted GP due to rash on his penis. Hx started during childhood and keeps on growing. My initial diagnosis was Subcutaneous Cavernous Lymphangioma of the Scrotum. Explained further his condition that it was a congenital benign malformations of the lymphatics. Complete surgical excision is the only treatment I can think. Referred to Uro Dept
