59 year old male presents to ED with STEMI. RCA and LAD are both occluded on cath and don't know which is acute based on some ambiguous ECG findings. Patient was claustrophobic and bailed on MRI before contrast. First three are T2 sequences sensitive for myocardial edema. Last image is SSFP from cine bright blood to show morphology and function.
