85F, vegetarian lady, who presents acute with left facial drop and left arm weakness.
CT head didn't show much, so brain MRI showed multiple ring enhancing lesions, multifocal. Malignancy screen showed a spiculated mass on the right lung, likely primary.
I personally believed these were neurocysticercosis, although the lady denied any pork (or meat) consumption, but remember, pork meat contaminated with cycsticerci will cause teniasis, while vegetables contaminated with water with ova (feces) will cause neurocysticercosis.
Will go for palliative radiation, after biopsy. Not much more to do.](https://app.figure1.com/case-detail/1a3f3965-deb3-4289-9d68-fa320e057471)
