An 8-year-old female patient presents with skin lesions that appeared approximately 2 months ago and are mildly itchy. Examination reveals a linear lesion measuring approximately 10 cm on the forearm, grayish hyperchromic (Figure 1), and another similar lesion, but in a plaque with lichenification and non-scaling, on the dorsum of the left hand.

Paciente feminina de 8 anos vem a consulta apresentando lesões cutaneas surgidas há cerca de 2 meses, com prurido leve. Ao exame apresenta lesão linear medindo cerca de 10 cm no antebraço hipercromica acinzentada (figura 1) e outra lesão similar mas em placa com liquenificação e não descamativa no dorso da mão Esquerda.
