Any suggestion about what type of insect bite? Patient was hiking in Panama City, FL. Has noticed worsening appearance since returning home to Ohio 1 week ago.

Can you identify this bite? Located on left lower abdomen.

This is a 30 yo female that noted a red macular area to the left inner elbow 3 days ago before it progressed to what you see above.

Same lesion about four times in the last year. Itchy. Normally lasts one to two weeks and then resolves. Doesn't recall tick bite although may have been near deer. Also gets 3cm bilateral mild eczema in antecubital fossa.
