Pre-hospital 78 y/o male with a c/o syncope. Pt denied c/p and dyspnea. Hx of MI, stent and ICD. Skin was cool, pale in color and diaphoretic. Initial b/p was 67/40, GCS 15, no radial pulse was palpable. Progressed from first ECG to third ECG in 30 min. What do you see?
