Nice CT image of a moderate sized left sided #pneumothorax. 68yo Male who fell from a ladder and fractured his humerus. CXR (seen in picture 2) did not reveal any obvious sign of pneumo. CT was done 1hr after CXR. Either the pneumo was well hidden on xray or it developed in that hour window.
