Incidental finding on a 72-year-old type 1 diabetic male

Incidental finding on a 72-year-old type 1 diabetic male with rash and 3+ pitting edema on left leg x 2 days. Patient states he wore a tight sock 2 days ago and has this itching rash and swelling. States he has had rash off and on for weeks. Any ideas? No known allergies to meds.

A 46-year old male patient with a history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2, presented with 5 days history of pruriginous and slightly tender rash on his left lower arm and hand (picture no. 1, 3 & 4), right arm (picture no. 5) and right feet (picture no. 2). He was using some creams but without improvement except on the right foot where skin changes started to disappear. He was referred to me because of od suspicion of herpes zoster. Patient stated that he started to use the anti-alcoholic drug on its own, 10-days before the current presentation, which is called acamprosate. I discarded HZ as diagnosis and referred the patient to the dermatologist. What this could be? 32 year-old fisherman complains of this rash x 2 days. Complains of itchiness, but denies discharge, burning pain, fevers, or chills. States he is sexually active with one female partners (last sexual encounter 3 days ago). Because it was sent by telemedicine, we asked them to verify whether there were any blisters presents which they denied, but states that he does have a sore in the corner of his lips.
