Patient Description: 70 years old female with no relevant history, lesion of approximately 2 months on the arm and a recent lesion in the eyebrow.
Current Treatment:
- Clindamycin 300mg orally every 8 hours for 10 days
- Mupirocin ointment every 8 hours for 10 days
- Ascorbic Acid 1g orally every 24 hours for 10 days
