Female patient 9 years old.

Presented to clinic with a rash. The rash appeared on Saturday on both calves. On Sunday it progressed to thighs and yesterday on both arms and abdomen.

The rash is occasionally itchy and burning, no pyrexia, no tiredness. Patient in good spirits.

PMH: nil
Patient was vaccinated for all major diseases as a child.
